Choosing a design
Scroll down to the Choose a Design gallery to see all 20 templates side by side. Each one uses your actual details, so you're not previewing a generic mock-up — you're seeing your card. Click any template to make it the active design. You can switch between designs as many times as you like; your details stay the same.
Adding your brand colour
The Brand Accent Color picker controls the accent shade used throughout your card — borders, dividers, labels, headers, and highlights all adopt it automatically. Try a colour that matches your existing branding for a consistent look.
Uploading a logo
Click the Logo upload zone (or drag a file onto it) to add your company logo. Supported formats are PNG, JPG, SVG, and WebP, up to 5 MB. PNG files with transparent backgrounds tend to work best across all designs.
Once your logo is uploaded:
Drag it to position it. Click directly on the logo on the card preview and drag it wherever you want — top-left, centred, beside the QR code, anywhere on the card. The position you choose is preserved in the final download. Resize with the Logo Size slider. Range is 40% to 200%. Larger logos may overlap text — just drag the logo to a clear area if that happens. Reset position restores the logo to its default top-left corner. Remove the logo with the × button next to the filename.
A few tips on logo choice:
For dark designs (Dark Mode, Terminal), use a logo with light or white elements so it stays visible. For light designs, dark logos read best.
Fine-tuning text size
The Text Size slider scales every piece of text on the card proportionally, from 80% to 120%. Use it if you have an unusually long name or company name that doesn't quite fit, or if you just prefer slightly bolder typography.
Downloading your card
Two formats are available:
PNG (300 DPI) produces a high-resolution PNG at 1260 × 720 pixels — ideal for digital use, email signatures, websites, or sending to a designer. PDF (3.5″ × 2″) produces a true-to-size PDF at the international business-card standard (88.90 × 50.80 mm). Any print shop can use this file directly.
After clicking either button, a popup will appear showing your file. The simplest path is the Download button. If that doesn't work for any reason — some browsers are stricter than others — use Open in New Tab instead and save the file from there using your browser's normal save controls.
Need to try a different look?
You can change designs, colours, logo position, or any field at any time and download a fresh copy. Each download is generated from scratch, so it always reflects your current settings.....

Can I add a QR code to my business card?

How do I make a business card with this tool?
Fill in your name, job title, company, contact details, and the URL for your QR code in the form on the left. The card preview updates live as you type. Choose any of the 20 designs in the gallery below. Optionally pick a brand accent colour, upload a logo, and adjust the logo and text sizes. When you're happy, click PNG for a high-resolution image or PDF for a print-ready file.
